A coin combining the Ministry Art with the Sacred Motifs, constituting part of a nine-element Ave Maria series, handling tribute to Madonno with the Baby Jesus. The project refers to one of the most popular works of the Italian painter - Michelangeli di Pietro Membrino. Numismat was minor in pure silver by the Republic of Cameroon in 2022. Its surface is decorated with a digital printing and a 24-carat gold plated, which emphasizes the aesthetic values. Coins is limited to 500 pieces, which makes it a valuable collector's object. It is an excellent gift for lovers of sacred motifs and for every mother, regardless of the occasion.
The coin project presents the famous work of Michelangeli di Pietro Membrini "Madonna with the Child, Saint Catherine and Donor". On the reverse there is the image of Madonna holding the baby Jesus, next to her, there is a holy katarzyna, priest and the figure of donors. The whole was mapped in the form of color digital printing, which faithfully reflects details and color of the original painting. The composition surrounds a golden frame, adding elegance and emphasizing the sacred character of the scene. Awers coins presents the coat of arms of the Republic of Cameroon, its official markings and denomination. On a smooth background, the inscriptions specifying the year of breaking and cleanliness of the metallurgic were also placed.
Numismat was issued in 2022 by the Republic of Cameroon as part of the prestigious Ave Maria series, devoted to sacred art. The inspiration for its creation was the work of the Italian Renaissance Balmer Michelangela di Pietro Membrino, also known as Michele di Ridolfo. His picture presents the Mother of God with the Children on the throne, alongside which Catherine Alexandrian stands, on the other side of the priest, and the Donor kneels in front of her, probably the Founder of the Field. These types of performances were popular in Italy in the 15th and 16th centuries, when the Aristocracy and clergy ordered works of art to emphasize their piety and social status.
The combination of monk art and Renaissance painting makes this coin exceptionally both in terms of artistic and numismatic. Thanks to the low effort and high quality of workmanship, it is an attractive subject for collectors and lovers of sacred art. It is also a tribute to the Heritage of the Renaissance and the Christian tradition of Europe, which makes it not only by numismat, but also a unique carrier of culture and history.
