Personal Collection

Purchased products can be collected free of charge at one of our branches.

Please contact our Advisor in advance to inform us of the date of your visit. This will allow us to serve you as efficiently as possible.

Storage in a bonded warehouse in the duty-free zone.

A duty-free warehouse located within the European Union for strategic raw materials with an enhanced EX10 security standard.

Poczta Polska pickup points and parcel machines

We offer convenient delivery to Poczta Polska pickup points (including Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, Groszek, Arhelan, Duży Ben, and Euro Sklep) as well as parcel machines (Pocztex Automat).

Courier Delivery

We offer delivery of ordered products by courier at attractive prices. The purchased goods are delivered to the address indicated during the purchase process by a fully insured courier shipment. We guarantee maximum confidentiality of purchases (we do not indicate the exact contents on the parcel).

Storage Service

It is also possible to store your purchased products in our Vault. This solution ensures maximum security of your purchases thanks to one of the best-protected vaults in Poland. Of course, you can decide to collect your goods from the Vault at any time. In such a case, we will send them to you by courier shipment or you can collect them personally free of charge. We would also like to remind you of the possibility of reselling the products you have purchased. If these products are stored in the Vault, the buyback procedure is extremely fast and free of additional shipping costs. Delivery by Armed Convoy

For your convenience, we have introduced an additional option of having your shipment delivered by a fully insured armed convoy. This is a cost-effective solution for larger purchases (usually exceeding 500,000 PLN). It guarantees maximum security for delivering high-value goods to any location in Poland. The price list and conditions are determined individually. If you are interested, please contact our Advisors.

4. Forms of Payment

Due to frequent exchange rate fluctuations of precious metals, prices at Mennica Skarbowa are updated on an ongoing basis. Therefore, in order to start processing your order, payment must be made and recorded in the Mennica Skarbowa account within 1 business day from the time the order is placed.

In all Mennica Skarbowa branches, it is possible to pay by cash or card.

PayU

Online payments via the PayU system. This is a fast way to pay for your order – the transferred funds are credited to the Mennica Skarbowa account within several minutes from the completion of the transfer.

Through the PayU online payment system, you can conveniently pay for your order. During the checkout process in the online store, select PayU as the payment method, then choose the desired payment option (bank transfer, card, BLIK) in the PayU system and complete the authorization process.

PayU Pay Later (PayPo)

Thanks to this innovative service, you can make purchases worth up to 6,000 PLN and defer payment for up to 30 days. This means your investment can start working for you right away while you gain valuable time to manage your finances freely.
