INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

MODEL INSTRUCTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

I. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us – Mennica Skarbowa S.A., ul. Jasna 1, 00-013 Warsaw, fax: +48 22 188 11 67, e-mail: sklep@mennicaskarbowa.pl – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement sent to the following address: Mennica Skarbowa S.A., ul. Jasna 1, 00-013 Warsaw.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

II. Effects of Withdrawal from the Contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please send back or hand over the goods to us at the following address: Mennica Skarbowa S.A., ul. Jasna 1/336, 00-013 Warsaw, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

III. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

The Customer’s (including the Consumer’s) right of withdrawal from the contract is excluded in the following cases:

1) the provision of services for which the Consumer is obliged to pay the price, if the trader has fully performed the service with the Consumer’s prior express consent and with the acknowledgment that the Consumer will lose the right of withdrawal from the contract once the service has been fully performed by the trader;

2) Goods Listed on the Exchange and other contracts concerning services where the price or remuneration depends solely on fluctuations in the financial market;

3) goods made to order and other contracts where the subject of the service is non-prefabricated goods produced according to the Customer’s, including the Consumer’s, specification or serving to satisfy their individual needs;

4) services with properties specified by the Consumer in the order placed by them or serving to satisfy their individual needs, in accordance with Article 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
