In the background, distinct planes form a checkerboard pattern, with images of athletes from various sports disciplines incorporated into it. On the reverse, centrally, against a background of distinct, asymmetrical planes, are images of female pole vaulters. On the right side is the logo of the Polish Olympic Committee. The coin is delivered in a case with a certificate of authenticity.
